Laura is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with Lancaster Financial Group, LLC. She specializes in comprehensive financial planning, educational expense planning, risk assessment and management, insurance counseling, investment planning, income tax planning, retirement planning, employee benefits planning, and estate planning.

Laura joined her father, Frank H. Dogger CFP®, in business in 2014, and they have been working together ever since.  Laura earned her Master of Science in Financial Planning with the American College, her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, her Certificate of Financial Planning from Temple University, and her Master of Public Management from the University of Maryland’s School of Public Policy.  Prior to joining Lancaster Financial Group, Laura served as an Officer in the United States Navy and a Defense Contractor in Washington D.C.  While in the Navy, Laura served at the Navigation Officer of a Destroyer and at the White House as a Military Social Aide to the President of the United States.  Laura’s background allows her to provide a unique and valuable perspective to her clients.  Even though based in Lancaster, Laura travels to see all her clients at least annually, regardless of their location. 

While no longer serving as an Officer in the Navy, Laura continues to be involved with the local military community.  She is a member of the Congressional Nomination Board for Service Academies, a Blue and Gold Officer for the United States Naval Academy, a member of the Lancaster Red Rose Honor Guard and a Board Member of the Building Bridges Foundation, which provides equine therapy to veterans and their families at no cost.  Laura lives in Lancaster PA with her husband, Dr. Jeffrey S. Dill, daughter and two dogs and one cat.  Together they enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling the world.
